About the therapist
I first came across complementary therapies about 15 years ago and found the benefits to be enormous. Having worked as an architect for many years and now being a mum of 3, I find the de-stressing qualities hugely beneficial. When 9 years ago I contracted glandular fever, which lead to post viral fatigue, I turned to complementary therapies to assist in the recovery process. These experiences were the catalyst for me acquiring a new set of skills to go alongside my work as an Architect. I have completed courses in anatomy and physiology, holistic massage, reflexology and fitness and nutrition. I have also been attuned to level II Reiki.
I feel greatly privileged in being able to share these skills with people and delight in the relaxation these treatments can bring to people. I look forward to working with you.
